Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your Eldaly account and associated data. You do not need to install the app or sign in to start a request by email.
Request deletion without signing in
Email an Eldaly account deletion request to avibeniwal.5@gmail.com. Identify Eldaly in your message, include your login identifier if you know it, and state whether you want the whole account deleted or specific information removed.
We may ask for information to verify ownership and confirm the requested scope before deletion. Never email your password. Sending an email starts a request; it does not immediately delete the account.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Eldaly and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Review the consequences, enter your password when asked, and complete both separate confirmations.
- Keep the deletion receipt for checking or recovering the request status.
What is included
Account deletion blocks your login and initiates removal of account/profile information, conversations, recordings, transcripts, summaries, reminders, saved people and memories, life stories and related derived personal content. To remove particular information while keeping the account, use the relevant in-app Forget control or contact support with the requested scope.
Timing and retained records
Logical access denial happens before all physical copies are removed. Primary cleanup targets 24 hours, but this is a target rather than a guarantee of complete purge. Backups and providers have separate retention. The configured backup/export ageing window is approximately seven days, and complete historical-copy/provider expiry remains unverified. We do not claim immediate total or cryptographic erasure.
Non-content deletion fences and receipts are retained so restored backups cannot reactivate deleted account information. Security, operational or legal records may remain where necessary. Support can explain the current status and any remaining copies for your request.
